Use the existing BOUND v3.0 publication and IFEM material as the canonical historical record. The website should link to archival sources rather than duplicate long manuscripts.

Evidence policy
Do not claim adoption, validation, rankings, awards, endorsements, or industry success without documented evidence. When benchmarks exist, publish the methodology, dataset, raw results, analysis, and limitations.
